These terms govern your use of DTF Pilot — the gang-sheet builder, cloud rendering service, store apps and plugins, the customer portal, and the Flight Deck desktop app (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or installing our software you agree to them.
DTF Pilot lets your customers design gang sheets on your store, renders production-ready print files in the cloud, and gives you tools to manage and download production jobs. Your license key identifies your account; keep it confidential.
Downloads of production sheets are metered against your prepaid credit balance (by printed area or share of sale, per your plan). Re-downloads of an already-billed sheet are free. Top-ups and auto-recharge are charged via Stripe or, for Shopify stores, Shopify Billing. Every billing event appears in your transaction log. Plan prices and pack contents are shown before purchase; credits are non-transferable.
Artwork uploaded by you or your customers remains yours (or theirs). You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the Service — rendering, previews, and production downloads. You are responsible for having the rights to print what your customers upload.
Where we process personal data of your customers (such as names, addresses, and order details) we do so as your processor, only on your instructions, and only for order production and fulfillment. We process the minimum data required, limit access to authorized personnel, encrypt data in transit and at rest, delete artwork on the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy, assist you with data-subject requests (including platform deletion webhooks), never sell personal data, and notify you without undue delay of any personal-data breach affecting your data. Our subprocessors are listed in the Privacy Policy; we remain responsible for their performance.
Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to circumvent metering, probe other accounts' data, resell access without an agreement, or use the platform for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do, and deactivated stores lose download access.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; material changes to these terms will be announced to your account email 14 days in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or print outcomes caused by customer-supplied artwork.
